Shipping (Domestic + International)
We use UPS to ship orders within the contiguous United States. For security purposes, a signature will be required upon delivery. You will receive email updates before shipment and after shipment to keep you updated on production and delivery schedule. Someone must be present at the time of delivery in order to sign for the parcel. Any and all fees incurred from failed delivery attempts will be the responsibility of the customer. Large Order - we may reach out to determine if a common carrier would be more practical.
Riloh lighting is sold worldwide.
Please contact us prior to order and we can give you a shipping estimate. Once item is shipped, you will be billed duties and taxes separately and directly from courier. These fees will be due upon arrival. You can contact your country’s local customs department to estimate these fees. DHL is our primary method for International Shipping, however, you are more than welcome to use your own and courier and responsibility will be passed on to you. We will happily provide package dimensions and weight for your personal quotes.
Regarding larger orders, we may reach out to determine if a common carrier shipping would be more sensible. This would only be applicable for businesses, job sites, or receivers.
