Cancellations are not guaranteed until you receive an email confirming cancellation. All credits are refunded in the same form of payment in which they were received. Riloh LEDs are made to be dimmable but do need a "LED compatible dimmer." These are sometimes referred to as "Trailing edge dimmers." Please check your dimmer switch for LED compatibility.
All of Riloh’s fixtures are LED integrated. This means that the light source is built into the fixture, providing you with 50,000 hours of light under normal use.
Our lights are designed to last upwards of 27 years under normal use. With that said, we understand that flukes may occur. If your light has stopped working, please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will create a solution.
