Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

We accept cancellations up to 24 hours after orders have been placed. If you wish to cancel, please notify us by phone at 843-277-9088 within 24 hours of placing your order. Cancellations are not guaranteed until you receive an email confirming cancellation. All credits are refunded in the same form of payment in which they were received. Full refund expected within 10 business days of cancellation. 

Do you accept returns?

Due to the inherent customization with each fixture, we do not accept returns at this time. All sales are final.  

Do you offer Trade + Contract Discount?

Yes! Please fill out this form and we will be in touch.

Can I rush an order?

Please contact us at info@riloh.com and we will let you know if this is possible. If we can honor the request there will be rush order fees applied.

Do you offer customization beyond what is on the website?

At this time, we do not. 

Shipping

What are the shipping costs?

We offer complimentary shipping within the contiguous United States. If you are placing an order from another location, feel free to contact us for a shipping quote at info@riloh.com

Installation

How do I install?

We recommend all fixtures be installed by a certified electrician. An Instruction Manual is shipped with every item but you can also find directions on each product page listed under “downloads”.

Do your fixtures work with sloped ceilings?

Yes, we do offer a sloped ceiling option. Please email info@riloh.com to notify us that the ceiling is sloped during the ordering process as certain alterations may apply. 

Do you accomodate my country's voltage?

Yes, more than likely. Our fixtures are built to accomodate a voltage range of 120-240V. If you have different requirements, please contact us at info@riloh.com

Parts and Service

Do you offer replacement parts?

We do for some parts. Please contact us at info@riloh.com and we will work with you to determine if there is a possible solution. 

What dimmer is recommended?

Riloh LEDs are made to be dimmable but do need a "LED compatible dimmer." These are sometimes referred to as "Trailing edge dimmers." Please check your dimmer switch for LED compatibility.

Do I need a light bulb?

All of Riloh’s fixtures are LED integrated. This means that the light source is built into the fixture, providing you with 50,000 hours of  light under normal use. 

What happens if my light burns out?

Our lights are designed to last upwards of 27 years under normal use. With that said, we understand that flukes may occur. If your light has stopped working, please notify us at  info@riloh.com and we will create a solution.
