Can I cancel my order?

We accept cancellations up to 24 hours after orders have been placed. If you wish to cancel, please notify us by phone at 843-996-6915 within 24 hours of placing your order. Cancellations are not guaranteed until you receive an email confirming cancellation. All credits are refunded in check form. 

Do you accept returns?

Due to the inherent customization with each fixture, we do not accept returns at this time. All sales are final.

Can I rush an order?

How do I install?

We recommend all fixtures be installed by a certified electrician. An Instruction Manual is shipped with every item.

Do your fixtures work with sloped ceilings?

Yes, we do offer a sloped ceiling option. Please email info@riloh.com to notify us that the ceiling is sloped during the ordering process as certain alterations may apply.

Do you accomodate my country's voltage?

Our fixtures are built to accomodate a voltage range of 100-265V. If you have different requirements, please contact us at info@riloh.com


Do you offer replacement parts?

Yes. Please contact us at info@riloh.com and we will work with you to determine the best solution.

What dimmer is recommended?

Riloh LEDs are made to be dimmable but do need a "LED compatible dimmer." These are sometimes referred to as "Trailing edge dimmers." Please check your dimmer switch for LED compatibility.

Do I need a light bulb?

All of Riloh’s fixtures are LED integrated. This means that the light source is built into the fixture, providing you with 50,000 hours of light under normal use. Our LED and Driver are covered under a lifetime replacement warranty.

What happens if my light burns out?

If your light has stopped working, please notify us at info@riloh.com and we will provide a solution.
